Project Scope: One 386k SF luxury residential tower featuring 466 units across total of 33 floors, one 351K SF luxury residential tower featuring 350 units across 30 floors and one 190k SF core and shell office tower.  The towers sit over the train base which features retail and the Central Fare Food Hall with several kiosks and restaurants within the Hall.
